  Why is sports important in a girl's life?🏅 😊Sports play an important role in a girl’s life by helping her stay healthy and active. They build confidence and teach valuable life skills such as teamwork and discipline. Through sports, girls learn to face challenges and overcome obstacles with strength and determination. It also provides a great way to relieve stress and enjoy free time. Participating in sports helps improve both physical fitness and mental well-being. Girls who engage in sports often become more independent and self-motivated. It also creates opportunities to make new friends and build strong relationships. Therefore, sports are essential for every girl to grow into a strong and confident individual .

Mental  freedom... Keeping our minds light and relaxed is essential for a happy life. To achieve this, try to live joyfully in the present moment, without constantly regretting the past or worrying too much about the future. Take at least a little time each day to step away from the hustle and bustle to stay quiet, read a book, or engage in a hobby you love. When you let go of unnecessary expectations and competitiveness, your mind will naturally feel a great sense of freedom and peace. Additionally, practicing how to find joy in the small things around us brings comfort to the soul. Stopping the habit of comparing yourself with others and being content with what you have paves the way for mental freedom. Spending even a short time with nature can refresh your mind.  MY PET🐶 Many homes keep animals as pets💗. I also had a little puppy. Now I don't have him. His name is Tiger. When we brought him to us, he was like a little ball of wool. Even when he was little, he was the protector of the house. There is a saying that animals have love that humans don't have. That is very true. Because my Tiger loves us very much. If we tease him for something, he bows his head and acts like a puppy. He is very naughty to play. He is mostly with our mother. No matter where he is, he comes home as soon as his mother calls. He suddenly became very ill. No matter how much medicine we gave him, we couldn't save him in the end. Our house was a world of tears after that. I will never forget that day. So I think he is happy somewhere today.

 MY DREAM...... We all have dreams, and I too have a beautiful one that I hold close to my heart. After my Ordinary Level exams, my biggest goal was to succeed in my Advanced Levels and enter university. I worked hard and managed to achieve that milestone. Now, my greatest dream is to complete my university education successfully and become a teacher to share knowledge with children.  My Home Town – Polonnaruwa My hometown is Polonnaruwa, which is one of the most historic and beautiful places in Sri Lanka. It is well known for its ancient ruins and cultural heritage that attract many tourists every year. The city was once a great capital, and it still preserves the glory of the past. I really love visiting places like Gal Vihara, which shows amazing stone carvings. Another special place is Parakrama Samudra, which adds beauty and value to the area. The environment in Polonnaruwa is calm, green, and peaceful. People in my hometown are friendly and kind, which makes it even more special. I am very proud to call Polonnaruwa my hometown and I always feel happy when I am there.

 My unforgettable trip💗 I have been on many trips throughout my life, but the most unforgettable journey in recent times was my visit to Nuwara Eliya. What made this experience truly special was the fact that I traveled with my family. Our journey began around 3:00 a.m. in a van, and since we started so early, everyone was fast asleep during the early morning hours. We spent two wonderful days there, enjoying the closeness and bond of being together as a family. During our stay, we explored several breathtaking locations, including the Hakgala Botanical Garden, Gregory Park, Adisham Bungalow, Horton Plains, and Moon Plains. The environment was stunningly beautiful, with the mornings being quite chilly and covered in a thick mist. However, as the day progressed, the cold gradually faded away, giving us a perfect opportunity to enjoy the scenic views.  Three sisiters😘 The sibling bond is a truly beautiful thing. I have two sisters; one is in Grade 11 and the other is in Grade 6. Although we are sisters, we fight and make up, which is perfectly normal. But we can't stay without each other even for a single moment. We share everything our joys and our sorrows. We even support each other in our little mischiefs! However, the moment something goes slightly wrong, there is one person who reports it to our mother, and that is my youngest sister. Since she is the little one, she seeks a lot of mother’s love. In our trio, the second one has the shortest temper; she is ready to pick a fight at any moment, yet she loves us deeply. As for me, I just stay back and watch the antics of those two. I never take sides because both of them are mine. This bond is truly amazing, beautiful, and wonderful.💖

 The country I would like to go to. The country I would like to visit is the United States because it is one of the most developed and influential countries in the world. It offers a wide variety of cultures, lifestyles, and opportunities that attract people from all around the globe. I am especially interested in visiting famous cities like New York City and Los Angeles, which are known for their vibrant lifestyle and entertainment. I would love to see iconic landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and the Grand Canyon. The USA is also famous for its advanced technology, education system, and economic strength.   My first job experience I started my very first job after completing my A/Ls. I joined a courier service and worked there for two years. Although I was excited to start working, I felt a little nervous on my first day. However, that fear slowly faded away because the staff was so kind. Even though I was a beginner, they treated me like a close friend. They taught me how to do my work neatly and in an organized way, and I always did my best to complete my tasks perfectly. On days when we had a little break, we would all chip in some money to buy sweets and snacks to enjoy together. We truly became like one big family. This job gave me the chance to earn my very first salary with my own hard work. I have a lot of respect for my first job, and I truly love my office family.

 Mother queen👑 My mother is the queen of my world💗. She is the most beautiful person in my life. She works incredibly hard to guide me and my two younger sisters on the right path. As a housewife, she is the heart of our home, and she is the person I share all my joys and sorrows with. I know she is always there for me; she is just like a best friend. She is a beautiful soul who constantly looks after me and my sisters. She has never let us go hungry for even a single moment, and she is a pillar of strength for us. Just as my mother cares for me with so much love, I also take care of her with love, making sure she is happy. I love my mom so much! 😊

 school friendship  I attended Polonnaruwa Bandiwewa Maha Vidyalaya since Grade 1, though the school's name has now changed to Polonnaruwa Parakramabahu National School . I met many friends there, but to be honest, they weren't just friends—they were like my own brothers and sisters. Even though some friends left for other schools after the Grade 5 Scholarship exam or O/Ls, those of us who stayed until A/Ls shared a beautiful, brotherly bond. There was no division between the girls and the boys. On some days, we even shared and ate our rice together from the same plate. We never betrayed one another, and when we did something wrong, we took the punishment and got hit by the teachers together. Even though our school days have ended, if we see a school friend on the street today, we always stop to talk. It truly is a beautiful friendship.

 My al dancing class...💃 I started learning dance when I was around Grade 3, and my dance classes were the biggest strength in that journey. Although I attended two different classes, I especially want to talk about my A/L dancing class. My teacher there was Maithree Sir , and he is a wonderful person. More than just teaching us the subject, he always gave us advice on how to make our lives beautiful. The friends in that class were so united, and that unity was the main reason I loved going there. This class was a major turning point that helped me get selected for the University of the Visual and Performing Arts . I love this class so much because everyone was so kind. Maithree Sir's guidance is incredibly valuable to us and helps us greatly in life. I have so many beautiful memories from my dancing journey, and I will always keep them close to my heart.

 IMPORTANT OF ENGLISH English is an essential language to our life. By learning , english we can take many benefits. English is an international language. It is important of our  higher education , technology and business. If we don't have a good knowledge about english language, It would  be very hard to learn in the university. We want english knowledge our day to day life. English language is the key of the world.  We have to learn english if we want to spend a good life.💓
